Executive Director of Sales & Marketing, Kate joined Creative Coverings with over 15 years’ experience in F&B design, hotel/casino catering sales and convention services. In her current role, Kate oversees the growth of the rental and sales division, as well as brand integrity; specifically through marketing efforts, customer relations and overall client experience. Working closely with the design team to stay ahead of fashion and décor trends has contributed to the rapid and successful growth of the company. She was an integral part of Creative Coverings receiving Emerald Green Certification in 2012 - making them the only national linen company with this coveted eco-friendly designation.

Previously, Kate worked in the catering industry in Western New York, Las Vegas and most recently with MGM Mirage/Eldorado Corporation at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino where she was responsible for large-scale conventions and social catering events. She also assisted with the opening of the Reno Ballroom for the Tri-properties and the City of Reno.

As Executive Director of Sales & Marketing, Kate helps represent Creative Coverings as a NACE National Business Partner and Social Media & Trend Expert, founding member & President of the Reno-Tahoe Chapter and Experience! 2011 Co-Chair. She is also an active member of ISES, ICA, ACCP, ARA, GPSWA and EPA. She has been a featured educational speaker at the NACE Experience conference, ISES Eventworld, the ARA national convention and numerous organizational meetings around the country.
