It's August and who has time for a NACE meeting? Take a vacation or just do something fun; we will be taking the month of August off. However you spend your August, enjoy having one less thing to do this month.

Join us September 9, 2008 from 1:00-3:00pm at Cheesers in Stoughton for Cheese Education & Tasting.

Cheesers is One of Southern Wisconsin's premier purveyors of Wisconsin cheese, imported cheese and gourmet foods from around the world.

We will enjoy education and comparisons of the different textures of cheese families, how the aging process affects the taste, as well as the melting process. In addition, we will educate our palates to dessert cheeses!

The Stoughton Chamber of Commerce will also be on hand with goodie bags for all in attendance!

$30 members / $45 non-members
